For trades and home services
Quote requests called back within a minute, even mid-job.
Dialessa rings a new quote request within a minute, inside your calling hours, while the homeowner is still comparing quotes. It asks about the job, the property and the suburb, and books the site visit into your calendar. It can also ring old quotes that never went ahead, once you have washed that list against the Do Not Call Register.
- Calls new quote requests within a minute, inside your calling hours
- Asks the questions you set, such as the job, the suburb and the timing, before it offers a time
- Books site visits into your calendar while the homeowner is on the line
- Calls old quotes from a list you have washed against the Do Not Call Register
The problem
The first one to call back gets the job.
Homeowners send the same quote request to several companies at once. Whoever rings first sets the appointment, and the rest are calling someone who has already booked.
Called back hours later
Quote requests land while you and the crew are on the tools, and by the time someone rings back after knock-off, the homeowner has booked someone else.
With DialessaNew quote requests are called within a minute in calling hours, while the homeowner is still deciding who to book.
Paid leads going to waste
You pay for every quote request your ads bring in, and each one that waits hours for a call back is money spent on a job someone else wins.
With DialessaQuote requests from your website form and Google Ads lead forms are called within a minute in calling hours and asked your questions, so more of that ad spend ends in a booked site visit.
Old quotes never followed up
Quotes that did not go ahead sit in your job system, and nobody has time to ring them all to ask whether the homeowner is still keen.
With DialessaWash your old quotes against the Do Not Call Register and upload the numbers it clears. It calls them inside your calling hours, for up to 25 days after the wash, and books a fresh site visit with anyone ready to go ahead.
How it works
From quote request to booked site visit.
Four steps, and once it is set up, the crew never has to down tools.
Connect your quote requests
Connect your website’s quote form (your developer, Zapier or Make sends each new request to Dialessa) or a Google Ads lead form, and the Cal.com calendar it books into. For old quotes, wash a CSV export from your job system against the Do Not Call Register and upload the numbers it cleared, with the register’s washed file and receipt.
It calls
A new quote request is called within a minute, inside your calling hours. One that lands outside them is called as soon as they next open. If the homeowner misses the call, it tries twice more: about two hours later, and about a day after that, each time waiting for your hours if they have closed.
It qualifies
It asks the questions you set, such as the job, the property type, the suburb and when the homeowner wants the work done.
It books
It offers times that are free in your calendar and books the site visit before the homeowner hangs up, with a one-line summary of their answers in the booking.
A call, end to end
A split-system quote, called back and booked.
A homeowner asks for a quote on a split-system air conditioner and is called back within a minute. Written to show the shape of the conversation, not a recording of a real call. The demo call at the top of the page lets you hear the voice on your own phone; it does not follow this script.
Hi Daniel, it’s Dialessa, an AI assistant calling for Bluewren Air, about the split-system quote you asked for. If you’d rather not hear from them, just say so. Have you got a minute?
Yeah, that was quick. Go ahead.
Thanks. Is it a new install, or replacing an old unit?
New install, for the main bedroom.
Got it. Is it a house or an apartment, and which suburb is it in?
Single-storey house, in Chermside.
Thanks. When were you hoping to have it in?
Before summer, ideally. Roughly what does one cost?
It depends on the unit and where the outdoor part goes, so I won’t guess. The technician will go through that at the site visit and give you a proper quote.
Fair enough.
I’ve got Wednesday at 3 pm or Friday at 8 in the morning. Which works?
Friday morning.
That’s locked in for Friday the 23rd of October at 8 am, your time.
Two ways to use it
New quote requests now, old quotes next.
Speed wins the new jobs. A follow-up call wins back the ones that slipped.
Speed to lead
Call new quote requests within a minute
Quote requests from your website form or a Google Ads lead form are called within a minute in calling hours, while the homeowner is still comparing, asked your questions and booked for a site visit.
- Asked the questions you set, such as the job and the suburb
- Site visits booked into your calendar while they are on the phone
- Tried twice more if they miss the call: about two hours later, and about a day after that, inside your calling hours
Old quotes
Win back the quotes that went quiet
Wash a list of quotes that never went ahead, or past customers due for a service, against the Do Not Call Register, and upload the numbers it cleared. It calls them inside your calling hours, about the one reason to call that you choose for the list. A list of old quotes comes with the Growth plan and up.
- Booked site visits land in the same calendar as new jobs
- Asked the same questions you set for new quote requests
- Called only from a list you have washed against the Do Not Call Register, for up to 25 days after the wash
Questions
What tradies ask.
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| Does it work with Hipages, Facebook lead ads or our job management software? | Not directly. It does not connect to Hipages, Facebook lead ads or job management software such as ServiceM8 or simPRO, and it writes nothing back to them. It calls new quote requests from your website’s quote form or a Google Ads lead form, and old quotes come in as a CSV export from your job system, washed against the Do Not Call Register first. Site visits are booked into a Cal.com calendar, which syncs with Google Calendar or Outlook. |
| What happens to quote requests that come in after hours? | They are called as soon as your calling hours next open, so they are rung first thing instead of waiting for someone to get to them after knock-off. You choose the hours, as late as 8pm on weekdays and 5pm on Saturdays, so evening requests can still be called the same day. A request that lands on a Sunday or a national public holiday is called on the next calling day. |
| Can it give rough pricing, or leave that to us? | It leaves pricing to you. It is set up never to give a price, a price range or an estimate: it explains that the technician will price the job at the site visit, and offers to book one. |
| Is it allowed? What about the Do Not Call Register, consent and calling hours? | Yes. Dialessa applies the telemarketing rules to every call it makes. Someone who has just enquired through your website form or a Google Ads lead form has asked to hear from you, and that consent lets you call them even if their number is on the Do Not Call Register, so for those enquiries numbers are not checked against it. Dialessa calls an enquiry only within 90 days of it reaching us. Homeowners from old quotes and past customers are different: wash the list against the register, upload only the numbers it cleared, with the register’s washed file and receipt, and Dialessa calls that list for up to 25 days after the wash. A list you upload is never called on consent. Calls only go out inside the legal hours, weekdays 9am to 8pm and Saturdays 9am to 5pm in the lead’s own time, never on a Sunday or a national public holiday. The default is weekdays 9am to 5:30pm, you can widen it to those limits or tighten it, and an enquiry that lands outside your hours is called as soon as they open. Send the lead’s state with each enquiry: without it, Dialessa cannot tell their time zone, so it waits until your hours are open everywhere in Australia. Every call says it is an AI, who it is calling for and why, and asking it to stop ends the call, and that number is not called again. A business based in Victoria cannot connect its website form or Google Ads lead form yet, while the legal requirements there are being confirmed. It can still call a washed list of past leads, on the Growth plan and up. |
| Does it sound robotic? | Hear for yourself: put your mobile in at the top of this page and it rings you now. It runs on Google’s Gemini Live, which listens and replies in one step, keeps its turns short and speaks with an Australian accent. It introduces itself to homeowners as Dialessa, an AI assistant, so nobody is caught out. |
| What if a lead asks something it can’t answer? | It is set up not to guess, make promises or answer beyond what you have given it. Anything it cannot answer, it says you will cover at the site visit, and it carries on with the booking. |
| Are the calls recorded? | No. Calls to your leads are not recorded, and no transcript is kept. If we add recording, a recorded call will say so at the start and who the recording goes to, as our terms require, and a lead who objects will not be recorded. |

Talk to usPrices in Australian dollars and exclude GST. Call minutes are the time a call is connected to a person, counted to the second: a call nobody picks up uses no minutes, and neither does a voicemail. A call to a new enquiry usually runs about two minutes, so 100 minutes is roughly 50 conversations. Real numbers vary with your leads.
Monthly plans run month to month, with no setup fee and no minimum term. The first month of your first monthly plan is half price, once per account, and you can cancel any time, effective at the end of the month you have paid for. Yearly billing is paid up front, with two months free.

The demo call tells you how it sounds. This tells you whether it fits your leads and your market, with straight answers on the call instead of a follow-up email.
- Whether your lead volume and how fast you call back today make this worth it. Sometimes you are already quick enough, and hearing that now is cheaper than hearing it in month two
- How your enquiries reach Dialessa, how bookings land in your calendar through Cal.com, and how to wash a list of past leads against the Do Not Call Register before it comes across as a CSV
- What the call is about and the qualifying questions for your offer. You know your customer, I know what the agent can handle, and we draft them together
- Contracts, Do Not Call Register compliance, GST invoicing against your ABN, and anything else you need in writing
There is no sales team to be handed to. You get the person who builds it, so a question about how it works gets answered on the call rather than after it.

Dialessa is built and run in Australia. Lead records are stored in Sydney. During a call, the audio and the details the agent needs for it are processed by a speech model hosted in the United States, which is disclosed in our privacy policy and in every customer agreement.
