For mortgage and finance brokers

Borrower enquiries called back within a minute.

Dialessa rings a new enquiry within a minute, inside your calling hours, while the borrower is still comparing brokers. It asks what the loan is for, the rough amount and the timeframe, and books a discovery call in your calendar. It books, you advise: it is set up never to give a rate, a repayment or a borrowing figure.

  • Calls new online enquiries within a minute, inside your calling hours
  • Asks the questions you set, such as the loan purpose, rough amount, timeframe and pre-approval
  • Books the discovery call into your calendar while the borrower is on the phone
  • Set up never to give a rate, a repayment or a borrowing figure, and to leave advice to you

Australian mobiles only. The demo rings it straight away.

We use your name, mobile, email and business name to place this call and to follow up by text and email. With your request we keep the time, your IP address and the page and campaign that brought you, as the record of what you agreed to. Your details are never sold or added to a calling campaign, and you can have them deleted by emailing hello@dialessa.com.

The problem

The first broker to call gets the conversation.

A purchased lead can cost $50 to $150 or more, and the same person is often filling in forms on several sites. Every minute before the first call is a minute another broker can use.

Paid leads go to the fastest broker

Shared leads are sold to several brokers at once, and the borrower usually talks to whoever rings first. If you call back after your next client meeting, someone else probably already has.

With DialessaEnquiries sent to Dialessa are called within a minute in your calling hours, while the borrower is still waiting to hear back.

Enquiries land during client meetings

Enquiries come in while you are with a client or on the phone to a lender, and you cannot step out to ring them.

With DialessaIt rings them, asks your questions and books the discovery call into your calendar, so when your meeting ends the appointment is already there, with a one-line summary of their answers.

The CRM is full of untouched leads

Old enquiries, expired pre-approvals and clients coming off fixed rates sit in your CRM, because nobody has time to ring them all.

With DialessaWash them against the Do Not Call Register and upload the numbers it clears. It calls them inside your calling hours, for up to 25 days after the wash, and books a discovery call with the ones ready to talk.

How it works

From enquiry to booked discovery call.

After setup, your part starts when the discovery call is booked.

Set up

Connect your enquiries

Connect your website’s enquiry forms (your developer, Zapier or Make sends each new enquiry to Dialessa) or a Google Ads lead form, and the Cal.com calendar it books into. For old enquiries and clients coming off fixed rates, wash a CSV export from your CRM against the Do Not Call Register and upload the numbers it cleared, with the register’s washed file and receipt.

Within a minute

It calls

A new enquiry is called within a minute, inside your calling hours, by an AI assistant that says up front what it is, who it is calling for and why. One that lands after hours is called as soon as your hours open. If they miss the call, it tries twice more: about two hours later, and about a day after that, each time waiting for your hours if they have closed.

On the call

It qualifies

It asks the questions you set, such as whether they are buying or refinancing, the rough loan amount, the timeframe and whether they have pre-approval.

Booked

It books

It offers times that are free in your calendar and books the discovery call through Cal.com, which syncs with Google and Outlook, with a one-line summary of their answers in the booking. Everything about the loan itself is left to you.

A call, end to end

A borrowing enquiry, called back and booked.

Someone fills in a "how much can I borrow" form and is called back within a minute. Written to show the shape of the conversation, not a recording of a real call. The demo call at the top of the page lets you hear the voice on your own phone; it does not follow this script.

Dialessa

Hi Priya, it’s Dialessa, an AI assistant calling for Ridgeline Home Loans, about the borrowing form you filled in. If you’d rather not hear from them, just say so. Have you got a minute?

0:14
Priya

Oh, sure.

0:15
Dialessa

Thanks. Are you looking to buy, or to refinance a loan you already have?

0:20
Priya

Buy. Our first place, hopefully.

0:23
Dialessa

Exciting. Roughly what price range are you looking at, and when are you hoping to buy?

0:29
Priya

Around seven hundred thousand, in the next three months.

0:34
Dialessa

And do you have a pre-approval yet?

0:37
Priya

No. So how much could we actually borrow?

0:40
Dialessa

That’s exactly what the broker works out with you, from your income and expenses, so I won’t guess. Would a 30-minute call with them this week help?

0:49
Priya

Yes, that would be good.

0:51
Dialessa

I’ve got Thursday at 5 pm or next Tuesday at 12:30. Which suits?

0:55
Priya

Thursday at 5.

0:57
Dialessa

That’s locked in for Thursday the 22nd of October at 5 pm, your time.

Two ways to use it

New enquiries, and the clients you already have.

Speed wins new enquiries. A good reason to call, like a fixed rate ending, helps you keep the clients already on your books.

Speed to lead

Call new enquiries within a minute

Enquiries from your website’s forms and calculators or a Google Ads lead form are called within a minute in calling hours, while the borrower is still shopping around, then asked your questions and offered a discovery call.

  • Asked the questions you set, such as purpose, rough amount and timeframe
  • Discovery calls booked into your calendar while they are on the phone
  • Tried twice more if they miss the call: about two hours later, and about a day after that, inside your calling hours

Past clients

Re-engage old enquiries and clients coming off fixed rates

Wash a list of expired pre-approvals, enquiries that went quiet or clients coming off fixed rates against the Do Not Call Register, and upload the numbers it cleared. It calls them inside your calling hours, about the one reason to call that you choose for the list, and books a discovery call with the ones ready to talk. A list of past clients comes with the Growth plan and up.

  • One reason to call for the whole list, such as a fixed rate ending
  • Booked into the same calendar as new enquiries
  • Called only from a list you have washed against the Do Not Call Register, for up to 25 days after the wash

Questions

What brokers ask.

QuestionAnswer
Does it give credit assistance or advice? No. It books, you advise: credit assistance stays with you. It is set up never to give a rate, a repayment, a borrowing figure or any other estimate, and not to guess. Anything it has not been given an answer to, such as which lender or product would suit them or whether they would be approved, it says you will cover in the discovery call, and offers to book it.
Does it connect to my CRM or aggregator software? Not directly. It does not connect to your CRM or aggregator software, and it writes nothing back to them. New enquiries reach Dialessa from your website’s forms (your developer, Zapier or Make sends each one) or a Google Ads lead form. Old enquiries and existing clients come in as a CSV export from your CRM or aggregator software, washed against the Do Not Call Register first. Booked calls land in your calendar through Cal.com, which syncs with Google and Outlook.
Can it call clients whose fixed rate is expiring?Yes, on the Growth plan and up, from a list you have washed against the Do Not Call Register. Upload the numbers the wash cleared, with the register’s washed file and receipt, and it calls them in your calling hours, for up to 25 days after the wash, to book a call with you. It is set up never to give a rate, and whether to refix, refinance or stay put is something it says you will cover on that call.
Is it allowed? What about the Do Not Call Register, consent and calling hours?Yes. Dialessa applies the telemarketing rules to every call it makes. Someone who has just enquired through your website form or a Google Ads lead form has asked to hear from you, and that consent lets you call them even if their number is on the Do Not Call Register, so for those enquiries numbers are not checked against it. Dialessa calls an enquiry only within 90 days of it reaching us. Old enquiries and past clients are different: wash the list against the register, upload only the numbers it cleared, with the register’s washed file and receipt, and Dialessa calls that list for up to 25 days after the wash. A list you upload is never called on consent. Calls only go out inside the legal hours, weekdays 9am to 8pm and Saturdays 9am to 5pm in the lead’s own time, never on a Sunday or a national public holiday. The default is weekdays 9am to 5:30pm, you can widen it to those limits or tighten it, and an enquiry that lands outside your hours is called as soon as they open. Send the lead’s state with each enquiry: without it, Dialessa cannot tell their time zone, so it waits until your hours are open everywhere in Australia. Every call says it is an AI, who it is calling for and why, and asking it to stop ends the call, and that number is not called again. A business based in Victoria cannot connect its website form or Google Ads lead form yet, while the legal requirements there are being confirmed. It can still call a washed list of past leads, on the Growth plan and up.
Does it sound robotic?Hear for yourself: put your mobile in at the top of this page and it rings you now. It runs on Google’s Gemini Live, which listens and replies in one step, keeps its turns short and speaks with an Australian accent. It introduces itself to borrowers as Dialessa, an AI assistant, so nobody is caught out.
What if a lead asks something it can’t answer? It is set up not to guess, make promises or answer beyond what you have given it. Anything it cannot answer, it says you will cover in the discovery call, and it carries on with the booking.
Are the calls recorded? No. Calls to your leads are not recorded, and no transcript is kept. If we add recording, a recorded call will say so at the start and who the recording goes to, as our terms require, and a lead who objects will not be recorded.

Talk to us

Prices in Australian dollars and exclude GST. Call minutes are the time a call is connected to a person, counted to the second: a call nobody picks up uses no minutes, and neither does a voicemail. A call to a new enquiry usually runs about two minutes, so 100 minutes is roughly 50 conversations. Real numbers vary with your leads.

Monthly plans run month to month, with no setup fee and no minimum term. The first month of your first monthly plan is half price, once per account, and you can cancel any time, effective at the end of the month you have paid for. Yearly billing is paid up front, with two months free.

Talk to a person

Book thirty minutes with the founder.

The demo call tells you how it sounds. This tells you whether it fits your leads and your market, with straight answers on the call instead of a follow-up email.

  • Whether your lead volume and how fast you call back today make this worth it. Sometimes you are already quick enough, and hearing that now is cheaper than hearing it in month two
  • How your enquiries reach Dialessa, how bookings land in your calendar through Cal.com, and how to wash a list of past leads against the Do Not Call Register before it comes across as a CSV
  • What the call is about and the qualifying questions for your offer. You know your customer, I know what the agent can handle, and we draft them together
  • Contracts, Do Not Call Register compliance, GST invoicing against your ABN, and anything else you need in writing

There is no sales team to be handed to. You get the person who builds it, so a question about how it works gets answered on the call rather than after it.
